If you are not satisfied with your crystal fashion jewelry purchase, we will happily refund or exchange merchandise for the total amount of merchandise, excluding shipping and handling fees.

Customers have 3 days upon receipt of merchandise to request a refund or exchange. Please return merchandise in its original packaging, any evidence of wear or tear, merchandise will not be accepted.

All REFUNDS/EXCHANGES require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or it will not be accepted. Complete and send the Return Merchandise Form below to receive authorization number and return instructions.
